All domestic wood is sourced from sawyers within the Portland, OR area. Exoctic woods are sourced from local resellers.
YES! the only adhesive used is Titebond III and all boards are finished with food safe mineral oil and all natural beeswax. Available as Giuseppe’s Board Butter.
Yes, we can engrave any order. Please contact us for special instructions. Engraving does take an additional 24hrs in most cases.
NOPE, NOT AT ALL, NONE, NEVER EVER. You will absolutely destroy our board if you put it in any dishwasher, even once. See Board Care.
Possibly! The unique nature of wood makes each pice distinct. For example, walnut can range from dark chocolate to an almost red/pink brown. Let’s work that out together. I’d love to create a complimentary piece for you.
